WE’RE HIRING

  • Our Lead Teachers and Preschool Teachers help guide the classroom with consistency, confidence, and care. This role is ideal for someone who can create a safe, engaging learning environment, support child development through play-based experiences, and maintain strong classroom routines.

    Typical qualifications may include:

    • At least 18 years old
    • High school diploma or GED
    • At least 240 hours of approved experience in an early childhood setting
    • One approved education or training pathway, such as:
      • Early childhood coursework
      • Department-approved non-credit classes
      • Wisconsin Registry qualification
      • CDA credential
      • Related diploma or degree
    • Ability to meet required background screening, health report, TB, CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, and other health and safety requirements for licensed child care settings
